Can only click the top menu?

Hi,

I installed Zork Nemesis as per the instructions I found in the guides here, and got it running. However, when I run the game, I cannot click on anywhere below the top menu options of Quit, Pref, Restore, and so cannot start a game! Has anyone encountered this before or knows what could be causing it? I've tried using a wireless mouse as well as my touchpad, but both have the same problem.

It's also occuring with Zork Grand Inquisitor, I just finished installing that also.
