Group Adventuring Help

I'm quite new to Group Adventuring and would love to hear hints on how to make them more successful, as it doesn't seem my characters are earning much from them. Any clues on how to improve the outcome of them? Actually my characters are getting their butts kicked :(

I'd be interested in learning more about this. It seems random how much I get per day out of group adventuring. Some days I get a bunch of experience and loot, others I get nothing.

Ok I'm even more stumped by this, one of my characters, one of the "not so great" (well that's what I thought) is winning all her encounters! The most confusing part is, her attributes stink... how can that be? Adventuring difficulty is level 1, but the others were teared to shreds and they were also difficulty one :(

Well, most of those are level one, except the ones in the mind category, she has several level 2 skills (second line) in mind. I'm just guessing her "spell book" abilities mixed with the "mind" skills are working great for her. Any clue why she's basically the only one who has succeeded in adventuring so far?
