I think a part of this (I think you can guess which) flash movie was inspired by Zork, or at least our all-time favourit text-games:

(Does IExplorer crash for you as well in the end?)

I think it is just interactive fiction-inspired.  But it was amusing to see, considering I am a constant watcher of Strongbad.

It's just the way the language in the text-game is made. Isn't that pretty Zorkish? And there's a flask, like in the White House, but okay maybe that's just considence.

Strong Bad rulez!!!! :D

Funny, I enjoyed it a lot. Maybe a few outside of these forums do remember these games...

When I saw that, I immediately thought 'Zork'.

Or perhaps the earliest versions of Adventure. "You have no idea why you can't pick that up, but you just have to imagine ... " ;)

But in Strong Bad's game, doesn't it tell you something to the effect of "Ye can't pick that up, as it is firmly attached to the wall, which is firmly attached to the dungeon, which is firmly attached to everything else." Or something?
