Dumb question

First of all, I'm new to Zork and to this site so hello.

I would like some help saving and loading for Zork 1 (runs in the command prompt windo or w/e you call that). I'm not so good with that fancy computer stuff...
I know the save command will save your game but how do I load a saved game?
Sorry if this has an obvious answer or has already been answered in another thread I skimmed through but didn't happen to see anything. Thanks.

After you start the game, type "restore" to load a saved game.
