Japanese Zork I for PS?

I have been looking around recently, downloaded the music and the opening movies for Zork I on the Playstation in Japan, and have been wondering if anyone can tell me anything about it, such as how it played, if there were any differences between it and the american text adventure other than music and movies, etc. Please, if anything is known, please post it.
