I got RTZ to work using a DOS emulator called DOSBox. I know a lot of people here have been asking about RTZ...this may be the solution.

http://dosbox.sourceforge.net/

Free and open-source. Runs on Linux and Windows (Mac too, I think.)

Enjoy.

hmm thanks, if this works EASILY in win2k it might be a good enough reason to stop using my win98 install.

The true test of that software would be if The 11th Hour runs on it.  That game would even give problems to machines natively running DOS

not even the 11th hour, try 7th guest lol, or even for that matter if I could get System Shock 1 to run then it can run anything.

RTZ also works in XP using VDMSound
It emulate old sound card, vesa, cdrom, joystick and limits the speed of games to their origional speed.
