Diva Maria Calloused once sung with her entourage at the
Opera
Frobozzica. The stage lights for the concert hall were controlled by a
miniature Opera built by
Dr. Koepp; because of this, as Diva Maria grew
so substantial in person, neither she nor her enlarged entourage could
fit their fingers into the model, and thus had no choice but to sing a
season entirely in the dark.
