The interior, most holy chambers of the Timeless Halls are known as the Inner Halls, and are populated by the Upper Echelons of the entire multiverse. Although Eru the One is above existence, his presence beyond comprehension, his form uncontainable; an miniscule image of The One is present within these Inner Halls. No other beings, including the Implementors are permitted within; their realm of influence ends with the Outer Halls. These lesser halls encircle the central hub, with passageways radiating out from the inner chambers like the spokes of a wheel, where they are further connected to the Ethereal Planes.
