The Miznia Marshlands, also known as The Moors, is the largest marsh in the Westlands. The foul-smelling and humid swamplands spread to the north of Mizniaport, dividing the city from that of Grubbo-by-the-Sea. Narrow paths wander off between pools of black, fetid mud, dotted by patches of rotting vegetable matter. The gray scrim of mist lingering among the reeds which makes it hard to see more than a few yards in any direction, not only effuses an unwholeseome miasma of nauseating gasses, but is the playground for eldritch vapors. The tall, bug-infested reeds are thick enough to bar passage in most places, and the damp chill in the air is shivering. Almost as dangerous as the nearby jungles, guttersnipes lurk admist the reeds.

The Miznian Drake is one of the rarest birds in the Miznia Marshlands.
